Toby Mathis, Esq.
Founding Partner Attorney
Toby Mathis, Esq., is an attorney on a mission: guiding investors and business owners to growth and prosperity. A founding partner of Anderson Business Advisors, he has helped Anderson grow its practice from one of business and estate planning to include a thriving tax practice and registered agent service with tens of thousands of clients nationwide. Toby also advances his clients’ interests by combining expert tax advice with his personal experiences investing in over 350 of his own real estate projects in the United States. His expertise reaches many others through his award-winning publications, including Tax-Wise Business Ownership (now in its fourth edition) and Infinity Investing: How the Rich Get Richer and How You Can Do the Same. He is a member of the Forbes Real Estate and Finance Council. Toby continues his crusade on a daily basis to help investors and business owners preserve their wealth, protect it from lawyers, snoops, and Uncle Sam, and create amazing legacies for future generations.
Clint Coons, Esq.

As one of the founding partners of Anderson Business Advisors, Clint has grown his legal and tax firm to nearly 500 employees by assisting real estate investors with creating and implementing solid entity structuring plans. His success in these regards is in large part due to his personal investing experience. Taking what he learned growing up in a real estate family, Clint has acquired over 350 units, from small single-family homes to commercial buildings. A prolific writer and educator, Clint has published hundreds of articles, videos, and workbooks on the subjects of real estate investing and asset protection, including his most recent book Asset Protection for Real Estate Investors. Using real-life examples and his personal experiences, Clint knows what really works in investing and what to avoid. A successful attorney, real estate investor, and speaker, Clint has used his innovative and dynamic strategies coupled with knowledge borne from experience to help thousands of people save millions of dollars and build real wealth.

With over 30 years in independent private practice, she shares practical tools to assess the numbers, plan next steps, and communicate changes with integrity. Attendees will leave with clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward that supports both their values and long-term practice health.

Kristine Grazioso, DMD is a nationally recognized pediatric dentist, practice owner, and thought leader on navigating insurance participation with integrity and clarity. With more than 30 years of experience in independent private practice, Dr. Grazioso brings a rare combination of clinical excellence, business insight, and heart-centered leadership to one of dentistry’s most uncomfortable—but necessary—conversations.
Above all, Dr. Grazioso is deeply committed to preserving independent dentistry, supporting dental teams through change, and proving that it is possible to build a successful, patient-centered practice without sacrificing values, relationships, or joy. She is a founding member of the Alliance of Independent Dentists and serves as the organization's Vice President, and is a principal of Shero Dental Advisors.

Should you go out-of-network with dental plans? There are many financial and non-financial factors that practices need to consider before making the leap. This lecture will cover all of the basics, including financial considerations and real case studies of offices that went out-of-network in the past 5 years. Participants should gain a better sense of their ability to go out-of-network and which areas to improve to increase their chances of success!
Bio:
Dr. Jill A. Tanzi originates from Oxford, MA where she graduated valedictorian from Oxford High School. She obtained a BA cum laude in Biology from the University of Rochester and a DDS from the University of Maryland, also with honors. During dental school, Dr. Tanzi performed research on salivary glands at the National Institute of Dental Research in Bethesda, Maryland. After graduation, Dr. Tanzi worked in private practice for 3 years in the Philadelphia area before returning to Massachusetts to open The Dentist at Hopkinton in 2003. Besides private practice, Dr. Tanzi is the president and one of the founders of the Alliance of Independent Dentists. She is also a partner in a small consulting company called Shero Dental Advisors.

President of the ADA: Dr. Richard Rosato

In this session, ADA President Dr. Richard Rosato invites the dental community to think boldly about how dentistry can evolve over the next quarter century. Attendees will examine the key panels of Oral Health 2050 — addressing today’s challenges and tomorrow's hopes in payment, care delivery, education, wellness, and technology.
Bio:
Dr. Richard J. Rosato is President of the American Dental Association. Dr. Rosato, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing in Concord, Hanover and Peterborough, New Hampshire, previously served as First District Trustee of the ADA.
Dr. Rosato is a long-standing member who has served the Association in many leadership roles, including chair of the ADA Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs, and as chair of the ADA Election Commission.
He previously served as president of the New Hampshire Dental Society and the New Hampshire Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Society. He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He has also served on the Boards of the ADA Business Enterprises, Inc., ADA Business Innovation Group and the ADA Innovation Advisory Committee.
Dr. Rosato earned his dental degree with honors from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and served as chief resident of the University of Illinois-Chicago Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. He and his wife, Laurie (also a practicing dentist), are the parents of three adult children.
