Here are the hotel booking information below and some transportation options to get from Frankfurt Airport to Fahrhaus Koblenz Hotel:
If you have not yet booked your room, please do so immediately. We only have a few rooms left, and we must receive confirmation as soon as possible. Rooms not booked by our attendees will be sold to the general public.
To secure your accommodation, please email Events@faehr.haus to book one of the hotel's amazing rooms. Do not attempt to book through their online site, as it has been fully reserved for our event.
Most rooms are priced at €270-410 per night. There are select suites available on request.
Deposits may be required but are fully refundable until the end of summer.
This year, we’re excited to all be staying together in this larger venue to create a truly immersive and communal experience!

Travel Information
From the U.S.: Most attendees will depart Wednesday evening on an overnight flight, arriving in Frankfurt Thursday morning. Please remember to coordinate transportation times based on when your flight arrives. Train/rental car is the easiest way of transportation in our opinion.
From Frankfurt Airport to Koblenz: Trains depart frequently from Frankfurt (FRA) Fernbahnhof to Koblenz Hauptbahnhof, with a travel time of about 1 hour 30 minutes. We recommend selecting a train that arrives in Koblenz by early afternoon Thursday so you’ll have time to check in around 3 or 4 PM before the Welcome Cruise. Transportation can be scheduled from the bus through the hotel's shuttle or by taxi.
Driving Option
If you prefer to drive, the journey from Frankfurt Airport to Fahrhaus Koblenz Hotel takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
Parking is available at the hotel for your convenience. Car rentals or drivers can be booked at the airport.
